How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive an Email notification once your order is received and any time the status changes.

How long does it take to process an order?
All orders take 7-10 business days for processing. Business days are Monday - Thursday 10:00a - 5:00p EST. (Holidays and weekends excluded).

What is your refund policy?

ALL SALES FINAL. There are no refunds, however if there is a problem with your order contact us within two (2) days after delivery. Email us at palishtcollection@gmail.com to report any issues. We ask that you allow us 48 hours to reply to your message. Please be sure that your order and all billing and shipping information is correct before you complete your sale.**

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
